Gallery 510 To Present Young Artists’ Showcase

     Gallery 510 will present the Young Artists’ Showcase on display at the Decatur Area Arts Council in the Anne Lloyd Gallery. Over 100 area 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will have their art work on display through January 28. Students in the community were invited to enter one work of art to be juried, then judged into this exhibit. This exhibit will represent both home schooled children and several area schools in and around Decatur. First Friday opening reception is January 6, 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

     Awards presentation will be at 5:30 p.m. The Gallery, located at 160 E. Main Street, is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For additional information about the exhibit, call 217-422-1509.
