Staley Museum Presents A Vintage Clothing Showcase

     The Historic Staley Museum, located at 361 N. College St. in Decatur, is presenting a Vintage Clothing Showcase July 19-August 16 on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 1:00-4:00 p.m. The event features wedding gowns, dresses, suites and accessories.
Beautiful vignettes adorn the mansion. See the stunning exhibit from the Staley/Mueller wedding of 1926.
     Each garment was selected for its unique style from a collection of 60 vintage dresses. Theatre 7 has contributed articles of vintage clothing to compliment the wedding theme.      Additional pieces from private collection invoke a nostalgic glimpse into local history. A unique opportunity to purchase several of the garments.
     The cost to attend the showcase will be $5/ adult, 3/seniors and $1/child.
