Rep. Mary Miller Announces Applications For FY 2027 Appropriations

U. S. Rep. Mary Miller
Congresswoman Mary Miller (IL-15) has announced that applications are open for Fiscal Year 2027 Appropriations.
“Over the last funding cycle, I was proud to secure $24 million for Central Illinois infrastructure projects that strengthen our communities and improve essential services,” said Congress-woman Mary Miller. “I look forward to continuing to deliver critical investments for our communities through the FY 2027 appropriations process.”
Each year, the Community Project Funding process allows Members of Congress to accept and review applications for local projects seeking federal funding assistance. After a thorough review, Members may submit eligible projects to the House Appropriations Committee for consideration and possible inclusion in the annual Congressional appropriations bills.
In addition to Community Project Funding requests, the appropriations process provides Members with the opportunity to submit programmatic funding requests for specific agencies and programs funded through annual appropriations bills. Members may also request bill or report language to encourage or direct federal agencies to carry out specific actions in support of congressional priorities.
DEADLINE: MARCH 31st at 5pm ET
*Deadline is subject to change depending on updates from the House Committee on Appropriations
