Snyder Named December Colleague Of The Month For Decatur Memorial Hospital

     Emma Snyder, a staff pharmacist with Pharmacy Services at Decatur Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for December.
     Snyder has done critical work to update the hospital’s Master For-mulary Records and volunteered to fill in the gap for a critical shift after a staff departure, taking on additional responsibility.
     “Emma is an excellent pharmacist who has been a vital part of the IV room infrastructure here at DMH,” wrote the nominator. “Emma’s self-sacrifice with the scheduling challenge on behalf of patient care and teamwork shows a level of camaraderie and teamwork that exemplifies the best of Memorial’s core values of integrity and stewardship.
     Snyder has worked for Decatur Memorial Hospital since 2021.
