  Circuit Judge R.C. Bollinger was recently appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve as a Member of the Illinois Judicial College Board of Trustees for two, three-year terms expiring June 30, 2030. The Illinois Judicial College is charged with providing educational training and professional development programs to improve the skills, knowledge and competencies of the judges and employees of the Illinois Judicial Branch.

     Judge Bollinger is the Deputy Presiding Judge of Macon County and Supervising Judge of the Civil Law Division. Judge Bollinger has been extensively involved in the advancement of Illinois judicial education in various teaching and leadership roles over the past decade.

     Judge Bollinger previously served as Chair of the Illinois Judicial College’s Committee on Judicial Education and most recently served as Co- Chair of the bi-annual 2024 Judicial Education Conference attended by all Illinois trial court judges.
