St. Teresa High School To Honor Long Serving Executive Director Dr. Ken Hendriksen

   Friday, May 1st St. Teresa High School will honor their long serving Executive Director – Dr. Ken Hendriksen. During his nearly 20 years at the helm of St. Teresa, Ken has excelled at the roles of Principal and Executive Director of the St. Teresa Educational Foundation and is the Bulldogs’ biggest cheerleader. Ken joined St. Teresa as Principal and CEO after a 24 year career with the Mt Zion School District. Among the many accomplishments at St. Teresa Ken has overseen physical improvements including: building of a new weight room and locker facilities; building of the south addition to the school including the chapel, cafeteria and science classrooms; added air conditioning and heating systems as well as the addition of an all-weather athletic field and track with a new press box, spectator stands and concessions location. Ken brought his financial expertise to St. Teresa as well and has worked tirelessly on fundraising campaigns that benefit the Educational Foundation as well as scholarship and operating funds at St. Teresa.
     Join in celebrating the Legacy of Leadership honoring Dr. Hendriksen at a special event Friday evening May 1st. This gathering will include dinner, silent auction and entertainment and will be held at the Hall at 520 (formerly known as the Knights of Columbus) beginning at 6pm.
