Christian Horizons Honors Hickory Point Christian Village Senior Living Community for Excellence
Christian Horizons, a senior services organization with living communities and offerings throughout the Midwest, is proud to honor Hickory Point Christian Village, a senior living community serving Forsyth, Ill., with the 2022 OCCYS Healthcare Excellence Award.
The OCCYS Excellence Award honors Christian Horizons’ associates and teams who achieved excellence in meeting occupancy census goals according to budget.

The Christian Horizons Excellence Awards honor senior living communities that go above and beyond in service, clinical excellence, occupancy goals, quality and mission integration. The annual awards are each year to associate teams across the Midwest.
