Budzinski Focuses on Lowering Insulin Prices in Roundtable

Nikki Budzinski
Springfield, IL – Yesterday, Democratic congressional nominee for Illinois’ 13th congressional district Nikki Budzinski hosted a round table listening session in Springfield on the topic of lowering the cost of insulin for all Americans. Budzinski was joined by two national organizations on the frontlines of supporting working families, including the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare and Social Security Works PAC.
Budzinski released the following statement: “The number 1 priority of any member of Congress needs to be lowering the costs and prices for everyday Americans. One of the most important ways we can do that is by capping the cost of insulin at $35 for all Americans.
“I am thankful to everyone that attended our event this weekend and who has told me their own stories about how changes like this we must make will make a difference in their lives.
